PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards'. We can accept Laser payments by telephone. And by post we accept postal orders and cheques (subject to clearance) made payable to Arkhangel Gallery.

MAKE AN OFFER
All offers for work are purely invitations to treat, and are not binding until they have been accepted by the artist and the Arkhangel Gallery. Once your offer has been accepted or refused, then you will receive a corresponding notification via email or letter. If your offer is accepted, then we will inform you of the final price (including postage), again via email or letter. If this is figure is acceptable to you, then payment can be made as outlined in the ‘Payment’ section above. Artworks are delivered after receipt of payment.
DEPOSITS
We are pleased to accept a deposit of 15% to hold an artwork for 14 days until the remainder is paid. This deposit is non-refundable.
SHIPPING
We will ship anywhere. To provide the best service and cost ratio we use a range of delivery specialists including An Post, Royal Mail, TNT, FedEx, DHL, TNT etc. All items are packaged to the highest standards. Shipping is free within Ireland.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times depend on your location. Within Ireland, you can expect delivery within 14 days. Outside of Ireland, delivery will depend on which service you have chosen from our postage partners, such as FedEx, An Post, TNT, DHL etc.). All delivery times are calculated after payment has been received and cleared.

INSURANCE
All orders are insured for loss and damage while in transit.
RETURNS
Please feel free to return any artwork to us within 10 days of purchase at no extra charge, as long as it is returned to us in the same state in which it left us. Please call us for details to ensure that the item is returned insured and correctly.
