The Arkhangel is one of the pre-eminent galleries in Ireland , with an expanding Irish presence and growing international reputation. Our progressive profile brings a growing number of artists and art lovers into the Gallery’s fold. We have great plans and we are committed to offering both the art lover and the artist the very best service and exposure.

We opened to great acclaim in the lovely, historical market town of Listowel, Co. Kerry, birthplace of acclaimed playwright and essayist, John B. Keane. The Arkhangel Gallery has 2000 square feet of exhibition space that is ideal for presenting the 300 paintings in our current Genesis Exhibition. This exhibition showcases the work of leading local artists, such as Rebecca Carroll, as well as fantastic Irish talents, such as Ger O’Grady, Joan Kavanagh, Paul Flynn, Lorna Mooney, Mary Neville and many others.

With our professional and friendly staff we are delighted to assist you in any way, whether you are just browsing or intending to purchase. We expect our customer service to be second to none. Stage Payments
Want to spread the cost of your artwork? Then please ask about our free Stage Payment option.

Deposits
A 20% deposit will secure a piece for 10 days. 10% is non-refundable.

10 Day Approval
Not sure something will suit? With full payment, you can take any purchase home, see if it fits your needs, and return it within 10 days (conditions apply).

Framing
Give your picture an edge with our bespoke framing service that is tailored to making the best of your image.

Portraits
Would you like to capture a key moment in life - a first communion, wedding, anniversary or landmark birthday for example - in a unique, timeless manner? Then please ask about our commissioned portrait options.

Commissions
Most of the artists on display will produce artwork on a commission basis. Please ask for details.
